El Dorado / Oates Prairie: 19 service requests past the City's deadline

To: Council Member Joaquin Martinez, District I
From: Neighbors of El Dorado / Oates Prairie

Dear Council Member Joaquin Martinez,

We are residents of El Dorado / Oates Prairie in District I. As of Sep 27, 2026, 19 City service requests in our neighborhood are open past the City's own deadline, and 6 have waited more than a year. From Aug 2024 to Aug 2025, the City missed its deadline on 30% of requests here (about 31% would be typical for this mix of problems).

Neighbors voted on what matters most:

We ask your office to request a status and timeline from the responsible departments for these items, starting with those past deadline, and to share the response with our Super Neighborhood.
